Hi everyone,

I've created this Blog (web log) so that I can record useful information for us which will be easy to access (I hope!). I plan to keep a record of the minutes of our meetings so that we can all refer back to them when necessary, but also I want to post useful web sites for us all to use.

As our meetings will only be held monthly I want to use this space to keep you all regularly updated on what's going on in school and at staff meetings (which you are all very welcome to attend). I think this will be especially important in the coming months when there will be many changes due to the school development plan.

School Improvement Plan
Action groups are being formed to plan and manage specific areas of the school improvement plan. These groups, at the moment, consist of members of the Senior Management team, teaching staff and Governors. However, it is hoped that as many school staff members as possible will choose to get involved as we all have a vested interest in our school.

HLTA status was discussed at a meeting with Sean Reilly, for those who were interested.
